Whether motivated by recreation or transportation, more adults are taking up bicycling than ever before. 

Many of these adults are bicycling for the first time in many years or are using their bicycle in different situations than they previously did - such as commuting  to work or a short trip to the local grocery store.

The adult bicyclist not only needs to assess  his or her skill level, but also needs to brush up on current laws and the rules of the road.
